Assembly Instructions

All DDR Motorcycles, ATV's and Buggies come crated with minor assembly required.
When purchasing from our showroom and picking up your vehicle, you have the option of having your bike predelivered, assembled and ready to ride for a small fee. This cost varies depending on the type of vehicle.

For anyone having their bike sent to them, we are not able to offer the assembly service for a couple of reasons. Firstly, transport companies are reluctant to ship assembled vehicle as the usually arrive damaged and secondly the extra cost makes the transport excessive.

Most bikes come in a crate 90% complete with front wheel, front guard and number plate removed and the handle bars off the bike, similar to when you buy a bicycle in a box with handle bars and pedals removed. The handle bars have all the cables and levers attached and just need the 4 bolts attached to bolt them to the headset.
If the bikes are electric start, the battery will also need to be connected up. All the vehicles come with a low grade shipping oil which must be drained before riding and replaced with the correct grade oil, usually 20/50 SG. Check with us before hand to ensure you have the correct grade otherwise you may experience clutch and engine problems.
We recommend changing the oil again after 3hrs and 10 hrs and each 10 hrs thereafter.
